Past Players - Do you want to play? Go on... you know you want to!
If you are a past player of either SWWJO Wind Orchestra or Jazz Orchestra and would like to join us on the day of the 40th Celebrations, please email swwjo1@gmail.com and we will be in touch with you. It would be great if you could make it to 1 or 2 rehearsals before the big day so we can prepare a folder of music and make sure we include a chair for you on stage.
Welcome to the South West
Wind and Jazz Orchestras Inc
The South West Wind and Jazz Orchestras is a non-profit, community-based organisation of around 30 musicians in Bunbury, Western Australia. Since establishment in 1985, the wind orchestra and its members have steadily developed to become one of the premier regional musical groups in the state, with accolades at both state and local championships. The orchestras perform throughout the year at local events, independently produced concerts and at band competitions.
The Jazz Orchestra is made up of members of the Wind Orchestra.
Our Mission
to promote and maintain the musical development of individuals within the community
to maintain and develop Wind and Jazz Orchestras that rehearse and perform music of many styles and levels of difficulty
